PEOPLE
The first side of the AQ Triangle is service oriented people. We strive to be there for you when you need us the most. There are several layers to this side of the triangle. The people at the AQ dealerships, sales representatives, and Innova are all there to assure you will get the support you need and expect.

The owners of AQ are Clarence, Loretta and Jeff Benedict. A family team, they have been selling and servicing the Innova longarms for over 10 years.  They understand that it is important to match you with a machine that meets your needs and that after the sale they need to keep your machine running.  This desire to care for your needs is shared by their employees and is the customer service culture that is the core of AQ.

At AQ, you will find technicians that are second to none. They are open with their knowledge and will share what they know to keep your Innova performing in prime condition. They will also take the time to listen in person or over the phone and will understand your concern for getting the machine returned to service as quickly as possible. Should you need to bring your machine in for service, you can be assured that it will repaired properly and promptly.  In the majority of repair visits, our customers return home within a few hours with their machine.

TRAINING
The next side of the AQ Triangle is exceptional training. It is important that the training you receive enables you to achieve professional results. We want to help you in your journey to achieve the highest level of excellence you are capable of with each quilt you finish.

There are several ways in which you can learn how the Innova longarms operate, whether you are purchasing a longarm for personal or business use or are contemplating machine rental. We offer:

• In-depth, free demonstrations on the full Innova line offered at each of our dealership locations;

• Helpful information, tips, techniques and videos on our website;

• Friendly Sales Representatives, expert quilters in their own right, who would be more than pleased to show you their Innova machine(s);

• Availability at several National and quilt guild trade shows where we demonstrate and allow hands-on use of the hand-guided line or the AutoPilot Computerized Quilting system (check out our show schedule online or give us a call to find out where we will be);

• Introductory classes such as Power Quilting 101 or I Wanna be a AutoPilot Quilter that allows you to experience in depth what it would be like to run your own Innova LongArm (Available at all dealer locations and select Sales Reps);

• Machine Rental (after you have taken an introductory class) to finish and quilt your own quilts! This is a wonderful way to affirm how fun and creative you can be when you longarm quilt with a Innova machine.

Do I get more training after my machine is delivered?
After your delivery day, we make even more training available to you at our dealerships and some Sales Representative locations. For those purchasing a hand guided machine, we offer 2-days of new owner intermediate level training. Our objective is to assure that you can maintain your machine and comfortably adjust the machine tension. You’ll also learn how to use the machine accessories as well as gain a solid understanding of the quilting process.

AutoPilot Computerized Quilting System Training
For those purchasing the computer guided AutoPilot system we offer 3-days of additional, in-depth new owner intermediate level training.  This hands-on, intense class involves machine maintenance, adjusting thread tensions and of course understanding the multitude of functions that the AutoPilot software is capable of. You can rest assured that you will be prepared to be a successful machine operator that will leave class feeling confident and best of all thrilled that you bought a “Innova”.

We offer several other tools and training opportunities for both the beginning and experienced quilter alike- from professional series classes (taught by some of the most accomplished award winning quilters in the industry and/or by customers with exceptional skills and advanced knowledge) to books and DVD’s just brimming with tips, techniques, and training all for you, our valued customer.  Please check our class schedule to see who we have scheduled to assist you in becoming an even better longarm quilter.

EQUIPMENT
The final side of your AQ Triangle is reliable equipment.  Accomplish Quilting, Inc is pleased to be one of the nation’s top suppliers of longarm quilting machines, accessories, and quilting supplies.  We also pride ourselves on the work we put into each longarm quilting machine prior to delivery to ensure that your machine runs the best it can.  After all, the better the equipment, the easier and better the quilting!

Therefore, when you buy either a new or pre-owned quilting system we want to further assure that you will receive trouble free performance and a great experience.  With this in mind, we do more than just test sew the machines before we deliver them.  We actually take over one hundred separate steps to add to the quality and reliability of your equipment.  AQ’s exclusive “100-Points-Plus Quality Assurance Program” starts with a skilled technician using a detailed checklist to measure, evaluate, adjust and then document each step completed in the preparation of your machine.  The machine is then test sewn by an experienced longarm quilter.  Test sewing serves as an independent verification of the quality of the technicians work; ultimately providing assurance of the stitch quality, performance and handling characteristics for your machine.  Our quilters will not let a machine be passed on to you unless they feel it is good enough to be claimed as their own. 

On your delivery day, your service technician will use a quality assurance checklist to verify critical parameters are measured, tested and properly adjusted so your complete quilting system (machine and stand) performs as designed. Your delivery technician will then begin training you on the basic operation and maintenance of your equipment right in your home or place of business.

Upon completion of your training and equipment set-up you will be asked to complete a quality assurance checklist that verifies your technician fully addressed the objectives that we have outlined for your delivery.  We believe that excellent training and machine preparation is essential to assuring you will have a wonderful experience with your investment in the finest quilting machine made.
