Return Policy:
We regret that we cannot give refunds on patterns, books, manuals & DVD/videos; all sales are considered final. In the event of a defective tape or disc, we will replace it with the identical item. Returned thread must be sealed in its original wrapper. All returned items must be in sellable condition and be returned within 30 days. No refunds will be given after 30 days, exchanges only. A 10% restocking fee will be processed on all returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call Accomplish Quilting at (866) 556-2552 to obtain a return authorization before returning any merchandise.
Shipping Policy:
We ship our products with FedEx, UPS, USPS and other shipping companies for quilting machines. Please contact us first if you have any questions regarding the shipping method for your order.
