Sew What? Statler provides you with a recognized, reliable brand of computer backed by a network of service technicians. This computer communicates with the power supply/controller to guide the sewing head.
Power Supply/Controller
Communicates with the computer and takes data and translates it so that the servo motors will energize and know how much and where to move. It also takes information from the servo motors and translates it into data that the computer uses to monitor the sewing heads position.
Sew What? Moves the machine so it will quickly and precisely sew near perfect patterns for you.
Servo Motors
Move the machine along the X and Y axis to produce patterns. The other servo motor on the top of the machine moves the needle up and down in the z axis producing stitches at the length specified.

Upgrade machine to latest Specially Designed Vertical Wheels
Originally manufactured for military aircraft brake and control systems, these high quality (ISO 9001:2000 and AS 9100 Rev. B) bearing mounted wheels are mounted vertically to ensure a smooth non-binding movement of the head.
Sew What? You will find that the smooth non-binding movement of the sewing head enables you to move the machine with minimal resistance thus making it seem effortless to sew precise smooth flowing designs including small well-rounded circles.
Optional Horizontal Small Spool Holder
Used for small spools of thread that are straight wound onto the spool. $35
Sew What? You will be able to use the smaller spools of thread available at most retail sewing stores with your longarm machine.
Optional Alignment Mat - $195/Drafting Chair - $195
Sew What? These two components make it easier for you to sit and quilt at the front of the quilting frame and then efficiently move left or right while staying a comfortable distance from your frame and machine
Optional Fabric Cutting Mat $135
Sew What? It fits right on your stand top and allows you to use your stand top as a convenient large cutting surface. No need to buy or a lot precious studio space for a cutting table
Optional Hydraulic Height Adjustment (HHA)
At the touch of a button, four hydraulic cylinders will raise or lower the quilting stand. $1,695
Sew What? Hydraulic Height Adjustment makes it easy to change the stand height to fit any operator plus it can provide for fast relief of the strain or fatigue resulting from holding your body being in one position for an extended length of time.

Used to fill either M or L bobbins (please specify bobbin size when ordering). $89.95

Sew What? You will find that these large diameter casters allow you too easily and freely move and position the table even over plush carpet.
Optional Vertical Small Spool Holder
The cone holder has a spool pin extension to hold smaller cones of thread. This is best used with threads that are cross wound onto the spool. $15
Sew What? This allows you to use smaller spools of specialty thread. These threads are available at most sewing stores
Optional Computer Mounting Brackets (CPU Holders) $150
Sew What? Computer mounting brackets attach directly to the stand and keep your computer and power supply up off the floor so the entire quilting system can be easily moved within your quilting room without any disassembly. The mounting brackets are also recommended for keeping the computer and power supply off of the floor in areas where water could become a concern such as basement of garage floors.
Optional Mounting Kit for Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse $200
Sew What? Puts your monitor, keyboard and mouse where you need them most, on your quilting frame and right at your fingertips.

“Stylaser” Laser Light

Quilting Machines Compatible With the Statler Stitcher System and Creative Studio Software:
1. Almost any mid-arm or longarm quilting machine manufactured (call us to discuss your make and model)
2. Specific Gammill Models:
Premier 18-8

Supreme 36-14

Optional Extend-a-Drive Handles
A set of handles mounted near the needle, that are often used to do more intricate work and background fills. $160
Sew What? You will have more control of the machine to do the very precise and small detailed work on your quilts. Extend-a-Drive handles allow you to do the detailed very small work you may have often seen in award winning show quilts.
Optional Leaders with Zippered Edges
Allow the leading edge on the three roller bars with canvas leaders to be zipped on/off. $295
Sew What? Leaders with extra sets of edges allow you to check your tension, quickly change between projects, sit and pin your quilt to the leaders and make it easier to share the machine with another person.
Optional Extra Zippered Edges
$75
Sew What? If you desire to share the use of your machine with a group of friends or you characteristically have a lot of UFOs (unfinished objects) on hand, extra zippered edges are really nice to have. You can keep the incomplete quilts on a set of leader edges and load a new quilt on another set. Further, some of our most productive customers will use time away from their quilting machine(s) to pin quilts onto extra sets of zippered edges so when they are back with their machine the quilt loading time from one quilt project to the next is shorter thus increasing their productive sewing time.
Optional Extended Throat Plate – 23” Long
Provides a larger surface for supporting templates and plastic rulers. $98
Sew What? The larger base will help you be more efficient when doing stitch-in-the-ditch and you will have even more control when working with templates and longer rulers.
Optional Extended Throat Plate
Provides an extension to the throat plate for support of the rulers and templates frequently used by longarm quilters. $45
Sew What? The extra support of the extended throat plate will help you to more accurately trace around templates or use rulers such as the Gam-Guide Jr. for “stitch-’n-the-ditch work.
Optional Gam Guide Junior
Is used from the front of the machine as a guide to sew straight lines. This tool is particularly useful for “stitch in the ditch” sewing. $19.95
Sew What? You will use the Gam Guide Jr. to make the piecing in the quilt really stand out when “stitched-’n-the-ditch”.
Constant Speed Mode
Constant Speed Mode – means that the machine sews at a selected constant motor speed.
Sew What? Sew what? At a slow speed (around 5 – 8%) you can use it for basting and squaring up the edges of your quilt top. At slightly higher speeds you can efficiently do background fillers such as stippling. We have found that some of our most experienced production focused customers use the highest speeds to do “free hand overall” patterns and the fabric pattern outlining that is commonly done in decorator work rooms on comforters and bed spreads.
Two Station Electronic Needle Positioner
Two Station Electronic Needle Positioner - This feature allows you to have a needle up/needle down comparable to your domestic sewing machine. You control whether to have the needle stop in the up or down position.
Sew What? Sew what? Using the down position, allows you to stop sewing and walk away from your machine while holding your place on the quilt top.
Single Stitch/Manual Basting Stitch
Single Stitch/Manual Basting Stitch – At each push of the left control button the machine will fire a single stitch.
Sew What? Sew what? With the push of a single button you can quickly and accurately place 3 stitches to secure your quilting and prevent it from unraveling. Further, this button can be pushed to place basting stitches wherever you want them.
LED Light Fixture
LED Light Fixture - The new LED light fixture illuminates the needle area with a brighter light than a florescent bulb, and has a toggle switch to change to a black light.
Sew What? Sew what? The brighter LED light allows you to clearly see your sewing area and with the flip of a switch also have a black light that may be used to illuminate stencil powders or special markings on your quilt top.
Externally mounted motor
Externally mounted motor – motor is securely mounted on the top rear portion of the machine casting.
Sew What? Sew what? With the motor mounted externally it cools better so it will have a longer service life.
