Over the past couple of years, some of our competitors have developed LIFETIME Warranties.
While that sounds really, really nice, we had to ask ourselves, "Are there really, honestly LIFETIME Warranties?" Are we asking the same questions as you?
We investigated other manufacture's warranties and found some very interesting facts. We would like to share those facts with you.

BELOW ARE SOME EXAMPLES OF THE ART OF WARRANTY DOUBLE-SPEAK
XYZ company: offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty but at the shows, you don't hear the word limited. You hear the customer repeat to us that so and so company has a lifetime warranty. Not a Limited Lifetime warranty. Wonder where they heard that phrase-Lifetime warranty?
If a lifetime warranty is truly a lifetime warranty, then there should be no limits. It is for a lifetime, it should mean that EVERYTHING is covered in MY lifetime!

Sorry folks but there is going to be some reading here in this paragraph. BUT, you should truly want to read a warranty that is presented as a Lifetime Warranty and want know and understand what LIFETIME means to them.

(ABC Company's warranty states: a Limited Liability Company registered in A STATE, HERE IN THE USA.) longarm quilting machines and quilting machine tables are fully warranted to the original owner (the Purchaser, as designated below) against defects for the lifetime of the product (as defined below). If the quilting machine or table, ever fails due to a manufacturing defect (either in materials or workmanship), even after extended use, we will repair the quilting machine or table, without charge for parts and labor, or replace it, at our discretion. The quilting machine includes the complete quilting machine head, all internal and external parts and pieces affixed thereto (mechanical and electrical) that comprise the quilting machine. This warranty also extends to the quilting machine table and carriage and all parts and pieces used in the construction of same.
WHEW! That was a mouthful!
NOW HERE IS THE DOUBLE-SPEAK!
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence (NO KIDDING-all warranties say that!) normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. Examples of normal wear and tear would be: worn or dulled needles, work hook assemblies, (about a $300 repair) , worn out brushes, ( a XXX dollar repair). Other exclusions may apply, as set forth in this warranty.
HOLD THE PHONE! SO WHAT DOES A LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?!
In the paragraph above that you just read, it is stated: If the quilting machine or table, ever fails due to a manufacturing defect (either in materials or workmanship), even after extended use, we will repair the quilting machine or table, without charge for parts and labor, or replace it, at our discretion.

Where does it tell us what those exclusions are?
In reality, the Innova Warranty Covers everything every competetor's warranty covers but without the jargon of a promise of a lifetime warranty that truly in reality is not a lifetime warranty!
