​What you can expect when ordering a Memory Quilt from Accomplish Quilting
You will always be treated with professionalism and courtesy.  Your items will be treated with respect and stored in a clean and odor-free environment.  Your quilt will be made by experienced and loving hands.  You will have a wonderful experience and receive a quality-constructed memory quilt that exceeds your expectations.

Here’s what we need from you to ensure a fantastic experience with your Memory Quilt:
  • All items should be freshly laundered without scented detergents or softeners.
  • Items selected and shipped with Completed Memory Quilt Form
  • Decide on your finished quilt size based on the chart on the order form and plan out the number of items to send.
  • What ‘items’ can be included?  T-shirts, jerseys, Hawaiian shirts, uniforms, hoodies, shorts, neckties, jeans, ties, baby clothes, jackets, pennants, banners, cloth tote bags; just about anything fabric.
  • Send in all items for your project at one time.  You are welcome to send more than one project at the same time, but each group of items for a project should be in a separate bag with a separate order form, so things don’t get mixed up between the projects.  Mark anything that you do not want used in blue painter’s tape with a note written on it.
  • Feel free to include some ‘extra’ items to be used if necessary.  Please clearly mark these as ‘extra’.  Note that these items could potentially be cut and eventually not used, therefore cannot be returned.  Any whole, uncut items not used in your quilt will be returned to you when the finished quilt is shipped.
  • Securely package your items with completed order form and ship to Accomplish Quilting, 810 Napier Avenue, Saint Joseph, MI  49085 with tracking for your reference.  50% deposit is required at the time of initial shipment.  If you have communicated with us in advance of sending your items, please note this on your form and reference our discussion.  Include any special instructions on the order form.
Tell us your story.  Feel free to share any details you think would help us in making your quilt special.  Example:  the quilt is for my Grandson, he’s 9 years old, loves soccer and his bedroom is navy blue and gray; the quilt is for my daughter, she’s in college, plays the cello and loves purple; the quilt is for my son who is in high school and will take the quilt to college next year; the quilt is for my daughter-in-law, she loves dogs and she HATES PINK!!!; the quilt is for my mother, she will use the quilt in her rec room, which is decorated in neutral colors. 
  • You will be sent email notification that your items and your deposit have been received.
  • Your items will immediately be labeled and securely stored.
  • At the designated time, your items will be processed; cut and stabilized as necessary.
  • Quilt top will be planned out, items will be cut to final size and quilt top sewn together.
  • Top batting and backing will be assembled and quilt will be machine quilted and binding sewn on.
  • You will be notified that your quilt is ready to ship.  50% final payment plus shipping cost is due before shipment.
  • Once payment has been received, your quilt will be shipped to you and you will be sent an email confirmation of the shipment and your tracking number.
  • Last step:  Enjoy your quilt or take JOY in the giving of your quilt.  Celebrate:  You’ve upcycled AND made more space in your drawers or closets.  It’s all around a good thing.
