Here are the steps to fast service
Step 1
Once the store closest to you is contacted, they will make every effort to assist you. If they are not able to solve your problems, they will reach out to our operations manager in our home store. We don't make you go chase around our company to get the proper service that you need. WE do the work to make sure you are put in touch with the right person to address your quilting issues.
Step 2
Once the store has contacted the operations manager, he/she will give you a phone call to let you know that “they are on it” and that they are going to locate the right service personnel within our company to address your needs.

Once the proper person to work with you is located, he/she will contact you right away. If for some reason the needed person is unavailable, you will receive another phone call from the operations manager to let you know when that person will be calling you or set you up with an appointment for a specific time and date. Usually, that very same day!
Step 3
Our On-the-Road-Service/Installation Techs are scheduled regularly to do service while on the road. Many times, they are installing our new machines and on the return trip, they can sometimes be scheduled to do a service call as well. During the day, our Operations Manager can contact them to request their support if needed.

In-House Service: In all our stores, when arranged with our Operations Manager, you will be able to bring in your sewing head and receive service in one of our three stores. We will arrange for a qualified service technician to meet you at the store that is closest to you.
If you plan to use this service, we have a video to watch that will show you how to remove the sewing head and pack it for the trip into our store. PLEASE do not just lay or lean your machine in the trunk or back seat of your vehicle! From experience, we can tell you that not all machines arrive safe and unharmed when not secured properly.

We have an Online Help Desk Manager for software issues. Check with our Operations Manager to see if you can work with her to get the assistance you need. If you own Auto-Pilot or Navigator and you need software help, then this method is the perfect way to get the boost need to keep you going. We can remotely access your Auto-Pilot and Navigator while you chat on the phone to make sure all of your questions are answered.

Jeff Benedict, owner of Accomplish Quilting, will pick up the phone from the time he gets on his feet in the morning until the late evening. Even on Saturdays and Sundays! If he doesn’t answer right away, he returns calls as quickly as he can.

That number can be located on the face plate of the sewing head on your Innova Machine. The ABM/Innova team is your late- night resource when we are not available. They are available 24/7/365 --- no other quilting machine company can make that claim!
